Ingredients
1 liter milk
6 tbsp/100 grams sugar
20 almonds,soaked in water for 4 hours
20 cashews, soaked in water for 4 hours
20 kishmish/raisins, soaked in water for 4 hours
2 tbsp kharbooja/melon seeds, soaked in water for 4 hours
2 tbsp khus khus, soaked in water for 4 hours
2 tbsp saunf/fennel seeds
5 cloves
5 kali mirch/peppercorns
5 hari elaichi/green cardamom (seeds only)
8-10 strands kesar/saffron
