Located in the Pian di Marte near Lake Trasimeno, this beautifully restored 17th century stone farmhouse with two barns and the possibility to build a third is tucked away in the Umbrian hills on the border with Tuscany. It is set in 1 hectare of land and has a 12 x 6 pool. The main house with tobacco tower measures approximately 300 square metres with a 32 square metre portico off the kitchen and a similarly sized dining area. It consists of three reception rooms, two in the main house on the ground and first floor and one in the tower. There are four bedrooms and four bathrooms.
