The Western Brothers (1933)

Titles read: “Now we present The Western Brothers (Kenneth & George) of Variety & . fame in another of their well-known numbers.“ London (probably Pathe studio). M/S of one of the Western Brothers, Kenneth, introducing their song, saying “Hello, You Cads“. They sing ’She Does It All For Me’, with George playing the grand piano. The song is very funny, with the brothers describing their girlfriends. George’s one sounds like a dream girl, but Kenneth’s turns out to be overweight, almost bald, makes soup out of string, and walks knock-kneed to stop her stockings coming down! In the middle of the song Kenneth tells a joke about their sister who went to Egypt, married an Egyptian and came back a mummy. FILM ID: A VIDEO FROM BRITISH PATHÉ.
