Today’s recipe is traditional Turkish Kazandibi dessert, caramel-colored soft milk desserts with burnt sugar.
Our required ingredients are milk.
Rice flour
Corn starch
Granulated sugar
Margarine
vanilla powder
aluminum tray
First, I add two and a half liters of milk to the pot.
I do not use store bought milk, original 100% cow’s milk and daily fresh milk.
I add half a liter of milk in a separate bowl.
I will add the other ingredients to the half liter of milk I reserved.
I add rice flour and corn starch
The starch and rice flour I used may have been a little too much, I gave you the recipe in a nice way in the ingredients list.
So, it would be better if you use less than a full glass rather than a full glass.
After mixing the ingredients, I leave 2.5 liters of milk on medium heat to boil.
I add a spoon of margarine
I stir it from time to time so that the milk does not curdle.
