Ingredients
For marinade
2lb skirt steak
Juice from 1 orange
Juice from 1 lime
2 tbsp Oil (olive or vegetable)
6 Garlic cloves
2 tsp Oregano
2 tsp Chilli powder
2 tsp salt
2 tsp Cumin
1 tsp ground pepper
1/4 tsp Cayenne pepper
For Salsa
4 plum tomatoes
1/2 onion
3 serrano chiles
3 garlic cloves
1 bunch cilantro
salt
Skirt steak (Arrachera) cut into thin slices. Combine all the spices and marinate for at least one hour. Grill the meat for about one minute each side. For salsa- on a dry pan or grill cook the veggies until charred, then blend. Don’t forget to add salt to taste. For tortilla I used sauce from Birria recipe, IG deleted the video but it is still available on my YouTube, link in my bio.
