Pause Power Lifts & Push Press

The BFS Cycle isn’t all snatching from the deficit and cleaning from the blocks! In this morning workout footage, the team works on power variations of both the snatch and clean jerk, with a pause thrown in at position 2 to build strength and reinforce that position, and to focus on the transition from position 2 to position 1.
