This is for beginners and on! The colors for this project are listed at the bottom of this page under DecoArt products. I mix all of my paints with a 1:1 ratio of paint to Floetrol. I add water only if needed (typically the ones in the bottle are fluid enough and do not need water) to get it to a consistency of honey pouring in a stream from my craft stick.
