About the Ainu language

Today we’re travelling to the land of the rising sun, but we’re not going to talk about Japanese. There exists another language that has been spoken here for thousands of years. Ainu has only around 2 remaining native speakers (officially). Even though small, the language possesses a great importance to the linguistics. Ainu is absolutely unique as it not connected to any other language. By researching it we could discover pages of human evolution history that are for now unknown to us.
