Since his freshman year, Charlie Moore of Morgan Park High School has been a highly underrated prospect. Fellow Chicago Public League basketball player Zach Norvell, of Simeon, was a highly touted prospect as a freshman and ranked number one in the State of Illinois. Up until today, both have gone in different directions. Norvell is still a consensus top 100 prospect, but is now rated lower than Charlie Moore.
