Introducing tiny11 core - Windows 11 on 3GB of free space

Back to the basics. Tiny11 core brings everything you love about Windows and tiny11, in a much smaller footprint. This makes it great for scenarios where you need to run Windows in a VM or for testing purposes (like testing a driver or an application). It is not a replacement for tiny11! It has a different purpose: to be a quick-and-dirty testbed or development platform. However, it should not need any other components to run most (if not all) of the applications designed for Windows, as .NET 3.5 and Internet Explorer core are enabled by default.
