For the sherbet, I add 1 glass of sugar and 1.5 glasses of water and boil it for 10 minutes. I add thinly sliced lemon into it.
An unsalted, fatty cheese type is used.

I slice the kadayıf and add melted butter to it.
After oiling the tray, I add kadayıf and press it.
I add cheese on it and add kadayıf again and press it.

When the coals turn into embers, I cook kunefe here.
After frying for about 8 minutes, you need to turn the künefe over.
I add the sherbet and the kunefe is ready to serve.
When the cheese stretches like this, it means it’s done.
Even a small portion is enough for two people.
