Warren Zeiders - Pain Killer. An exclusive performance for Vevo.
You know how it is when people really connect with a song. It doesn’t just become a favorite ditty, it takes over their lives, turns into an anthem. That’s pretty much what happened to “Ride The Lightning,“ Warren Zeider’s first big hit and the lead track from the rising country singer’s ’717 Tapes’ project. The Pennsylvania native with the Christian background says the right song “can make you feel your feelings more,“ and he’s right about that. He grew up on a variety of music styles, and picked up a six-string after noticing that girls liked singers and becoming a Guitar Hero addict. He’s not one to shy away from rock - dude covers Lynyrd Skynyrd’s “Simple Man“ - and several of his songs are just as tough as they are tender. See “Wild Horse“ for something on the latter side. When he hit our studio, Zeiders had plenty of performance practice behind him. 2023
