Yesterday FireFly aerospace made their first attempt to reach space using their FireFly Alpha launch vehicle and after an initially successful launch they were forced to terminate the rocket after it lost control. I’m pretty sure this failure has its roots in the loss of a Reaver engine about 15 seconds into the flight.

NasaSpaceFlight had the all important footage showing the likely engine failure and the fireball.

Jack’s fireball image was also used in the thumbnail.
