Waimea Falls Waterfall Hike + DIY Hawaiian Flower Leis

Today we went on an amazing hike to beautiful Waimea Falls waterfall. We also learned how to weave flowers into a beautiful Hawaiian flower lei! We all made our own DIY lei and wore it for the rest of the day. I thought everyone did a really great job for their first try at sewing a lei. I had always wondered how leis were made. It seems like the flowers wouldn’t look good but we found that sewing through them didn’t ruin them at all! We had a really nice family day together. ()
