Omani National Anthem - As-Salam as-Sultani (Qaboos version)

As-Salam as-Sultani (Salute to the Sultan) is the national anthem of Oman, composed in 1932. During the reign of Sultan Qaboos from 1970 to 2020, the second verse specifically praised him. This is the version of the anthem shown here. Following Sultan Qaboos’ death in 2020, the second verse was changed to no longer specifically give praise to him. Pictured: Sultan Qaboos
