It has become famous for it’s simplicity and delicious taste.
Making marzipan from scratch is easier than you think. Furthermore, it’s a lot cheaper than
store-bought. This homemade marzipan contains only 4 ingredients and it’s ready in less than 5 minutes.
INGREDIENTS
1 ½ cups (150g) blanched almond flour
⅓ cup (65g) powdered erythritol or more
3 tablespoons (45mL) water
1 teaspoon (5mL) almond extract or vanilla extract
unsweetened cocoa powder for marzipan balls
Feel free to make it into a bite-sized marzipan balls or log.
