Waldorf Inspired Fairy or Angel | Needle Felting Basics For Beginners | Needle Felt Wool Doll

Today we’re making a Needdle Felt Wool Fairy. Or maybe it’s an Angel... Or the prettiest Needle Felt Wool Doll you’ve ever seen... Whatever you’d like to call it, it’s beautiful but it’s also such a fun crafts project to make! And why do I say this is a Waldorf Inspired Fairy? “If you want your children to be intelligent, read them fairy tales. If you want them to be more intelligent, read them more fairy tales. When I examine myself and my methods of thought, I come to the conclusion that the gift of fantasy has meant more to me than any talent for abstract, positive thinking,” quote from Albert Einstein. Rudolf Steiner, founder of the Waldorf Schools, gave inspiration to teachers to use fairy tales with the young child. The effect of a fairy tale is likened to that of mother’s milk: the child takes it in as nourishment for their soul.
