FITBALL BACK WORKOUT

This mat Pilates class consists of a series of exercises using a ft ball, designed to develop a strong foundation, activate, isolate and stabilise deep core muscles while improving posture, flexibility, balance and overall strength. Caroline Leon is a certified Pilates, Yoga and Pregnancy fitness expert in the UAE. Completing a Bachelor of Medical Science majoring in Anatomy and Physiology at the University of Western Sydney, Caroline began her Pilates training with the Founder and Director of Pilates Moves, Helen Tardent and attained her full Pilates certification as well as a certificate in Pathology, Conditioning and Neuro-liguistic Programming (NLP). Continuing her Post Graduate education, Caroline also completed a Graduate Diploma in International Health and is currently completing a Masters Degree in Disaster Mitigation and Humanitarian Relief.
