Microsoft has completed its $69 billion acquisition of Activision Blizzard. Activision CEO Bobby Kotick says the deal will help Activision compete in the gaming space and Microsoft will be a “perfect home“ for the next generation of gaming. Kotick says he’ll focus on philanthropy when he leaves the company at the end of this year. He speaks Ed Ludlow on “Bloomberg Technology.“
