Aquacise with Stacy #3 - Pool Intervals x2 - FUN Noodle Strength & Cardio Water Workout - ANY level
Pool Exercise doesn’t have to be boring!! Get AquaFIIT with Coach Stacy and have fun, burn calories, and sculpt your body. Stacy will take you thru 2 sets of 10 basic intervals. Each interval is 1 minute of work followed by 15 sec rest. Body-weight first then grab your pool noodle for the extra challenge during our second set! Workout is suitable for beginners to advanced as you can work at your own level. Have fun and keep moving!
No warm up included but feel free to use this one:
