Mooli ka paratha or stuffed radish paratha is a popular indian whole wheat flatbread stuffed with spiced grated radish or mooli. Mooli paratha is very Crunchy and loaded with health benefits. Mooli is the hindi word for radish. Mooli or radish is a common winter root vegetable in most Asian countries. In India, Mooli is used to make many varieties of recipes such as vegetables, chutney, salad, paratha, pickle etc.
To make mooli paratha white radish should be used and the radish should be fresh and tender because if the radish roots are hard and fibrous then it won’t be easy to grate them and the taste of the radish paratha made with fibrous and dense radish roots will not be great in taste.
While making muli paratha we should squeeze the juice from the grated mooli. otherwise, the water content of juice will cause difficulty in making the paratha the squeezed juice from grated radish can be used to knead the dough for making paratha.
