14 oldskool Indian club calisthenics with footwork

Light indian clubs are famous for their fancy swinging pattern but the old physical education masters have done also other exercises. It does not have to be heavy clubbells to gain effort. a pair of 1kg each fits the need of a functional aspect for a human body to create functional muscles.
