Knead the butter into the dough

Rise until double size
25g brown sugar
5g cinnamon
Mix well
Prepare a baking dish
Brush softened butter on the baking pan
After 1.5 hours
Sprinkle some flour
Deflate the air bubbles
Move the dough onto the board
Flatten the dough with your hand
Use a rolling pin to roll the dough out
The diameter is about 30 cm
15g melted unsalted butter
Brush butter on the dough
Don’t put butter on the edge of the dough
Cinnamon brown sugar mix
Sprinkle evenly on the dough
