BEEF CARPACCIO 🥩 A refined work of art 🎨 #shorts

This beef carpaccio is a refined work of art 🎨 by our chef-artist @danielerossichef 🤩 👇RECIPE👇Note: the measurements are indicative for one person and allow you to create a tasty and impressive appetizer, but of course, you are free to make larger portions ❤️ INGREDIENTS: For the carpaccio 🥩 • 120g of beef sirloin For the garnish 🍎 • 1/4 of a red organic apple • 1 celery stalk • Approximately 50g of goat cheese • Two teaspoons of mustard • Approximately 50g of lamb’s lettuce METHOD: Slice the beef very thinly. Place the slices between two sheets of plastic wrap and pound them with a meat mallet. Use a round cookie cutter to shape the beef. Then, thinly slice the celery and dice the apple. Place the goat cheese in a pastry bag. It’s time to plate: remove the plastic wrap from the beef, place it on a plate, and arrange the apple, celery, goat cheese, and mustard, using the pastry bag to help. Place some lamb’s lettuce leaves to decorate, add some oil, salt, and pepper, and... enjoy your meal!
