Hey Foodies, here I have got the recipe of making Idli in a wet grinder, along with a tip which makes the Idly Melt in Mouth, and pillowy soft! This ratio and method is inspired from the restaurants/tiffin centers in Hyderabad. Many places use more rice rava than the ratio we are using :) Do Subscribe to CookingShooking - Ingredients: 1 cup Urad / Whole Skinless Black Gram 3 cup Idli Rava (Cream of Rice) 1 cup Poha (Rice Flakes_ 1/2 tsp Methi (Fenugreek Seeds) Water - to wash & soak Salt - to season Kitchen Products I use: Measuring Cup & Spoon Set - Kitchen Weight Scale - Instant Yeast - (500gms, keep frozen in airtight container, will stay good for years) Instant Yeast - (small pack) Pizza Screen - (3 pack - 6,7,8 inches) Parchment Paper - much better than butter paper, and it is reusable - Good NonStick Pan -
