You can make little straps at the bottom of the T-shirt, tie them in cute knots and easily turn sleeves into pockets. Cut the edge of the sleeves and the bottom line of the T-shirt. Cut out 2 little straps from the bottom line and make cute bows on the sleeves. Put them together using some hot glue gun.
