Zelenskyy Meets Trudeau in Kyiv | VOA News

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy hosted Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau for talks in Kyiv Saturday. At a briefing following an extended meeting, Trudeau said Canada will provide $10 million in aid to assist Ukraine, in response to the collapse of the Kakhovka dam, and the ensuing severe flooding. The trip is Trudeau’s second to Ukraine since Russia’s invasion in February last year. He was accompanied by Deputy Prime Minister Chrystia Freeland.
