This is my very first Dark Tranquillity guitar cover ever which isn’t played on a live stream. 🙃 “Standstill“ is such a beautiful track in each way. My favorite off their latest album “MOMENT“. The pre-chorus always gives me the chills - so simple but effective 😃 The song has quite some details which I didn’t get right 100%, especially in the solo, but I wanted it to be a very organic and authentic recording, so I recorded the left/right track and the solo in one takes each.
