Xi’an City Lockdown Chaos; Residents Quarantined in Tunnels

The city of Xi’an, Shaanxi Province, has been completely sealed off since December 23, 2021, due to another COVID-19 outbreak, with 13 million residents being strictly confined to their homes. Now more than 10 days have passed and many residents are in dire straits due to food shortages.
