This video is mostly for the Kabam Devs to see how inconsistent Kingpins damage is. Rank 3 Kingpin with suicides. Each Overpower buff grants Kingpin 7777~ attack. At 4 Overpowers he has almost 35k attack yet his Light non-crits do under 3k - same as 7 debuffs.
