The abolition of jury trials in Britain might be approaching

The end of the rights guaranteed in Magna Carta is now on the horizon. Jury trials have been the foundation of our judicial system for centuries, but they are probably on the way out. In Scotland, it is proposed to abolish juries for rape trials.
