For hundreds of years, traditional healers in northern Brazil have used copaiba trees for their health benefits. Copaiba oil is steam distilled from the resin of the tree.  doTERRA works with harvesters, many of whom live along the Amazing River, who use a tree-tapping method— similar to how maple syrup is harvested— to collect the copaiba resin. On a recent trip to the Amazon, Dr. Hill and Emily Wright were able to spend some time with our harvesters and their families. Upon getting to know them, it was obvious there was a need for better dental care. One year from that visit, doTERRA worked to help provide permanent care for more than 100 people in 11 different communities. doTERRA’s pursuit is to source the best and help the most. #doterra #BehindtheBottleS1E3 #behindthebottle ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- For more information on doTERRA® products follow us on: →Facebook →Instagram →Pinterest →Blog →Twitter
