A first look at a Weifeng (E-Image) WF-717 tripod / video head combo i bought from E-bay (new). This is a very moderately priced tripod (around $200), made in China by Ningbo Weifeng Image Equipment Group Co., Ltd. It looks like the purchase was very good value for money. I wouldn’t be at all surprised if advanced hobbyists and indie filmmakers soon find it to be “the“ budget tripod to buy (assuming relatively light cameras etc.).
