Ancient Martial Arts Strength & Conditioning ft. Persian Yoga | Pahlevani & Zurkhaneh Rituals

Learn how to swing two heavy clubs: Kashi from Persian Yoga has been on my radar for a long time. I’m familiar with the Iranian strength training called Zurkhaneh, but I had not been properly introduced to the art. I had swung Persian Meels before and had done some work on the shena, but I had never used a Kabbadeh or the Persian Sang before. Meeting Kashi twice when visiting Australia was amazing, I learned a lot about the ancient art from Iran and this will help me when I eventually travel to Iran to document the ancient warrior training culture there.
