Titles continue describing what was being done for the welfare of dock workers from the crowded slum around the London Docks: some new construction; charitable assistance for families; clubs and sports activities for children and teenagers. Ends with appeal for assistance from the audience to make possible further slum clearance; etc. Then another letter from the King; after a visit to the Settlement; praising the efforts being made to improve the lives of the people there.
