How to Dougie: Legs 1. Stand with your legs shoulder width apart. With your legs and your feet, pivot to the right. You should be pivoting on the ball of your left foot. As you do this, step to the right with your right foot.  2. Pivot your right foot straight while stepping to the right with your left foot and pivoting it forward; this will bring your feet together. 3. To go the other direction, pivot to the left with your legs and feet. As you do this, step to the left with your left foot. 4.  Pivot your left foot straight while stepping to the left with your right foot and pivoting it forward; this will bring your feet together. Arms 1. Stick your left arm out to the left, fist balled. While doing this, bend your right arm at the elbow, holding your right hand in a fist in front of your chest. 2. Bring both arms to your sides, then bring both forearms up, fists held above shoulder height. 3. Stick your right arm out to the right, fist balled. While doing this, bend your left arm at the elbow, holding your left hand in a fist in front of your chest. 4. Repeat step two. The Full Move To combine arms and legs for the full move, match each step of the arms with each step of the legs, doing each pair of steps together. For example, do step one of the legs while doing step one of the arms. Combination Here is a suggested combination for this move: right, left, right without lifting forearms up, left without lifting forearms up, right without lifting forearms up, left.
