Pro-government forces are developing momentum against ISIS in the Yarmouk refugee camp and nearby areas in southern Damascus. According to pro-government sources, government troops have attacked ISIS positions in the areas of al-Hajar al-Aswad and at-Taqaddom as well as increased their presence in the areas of non-ISIS militants where the evacuation is now ongoing... Meanwhile, the evacuation of non-ISIS militants from southhern Damascus is underway. SF recalls that members of Hayat Tahrir al-Sham (formerly Jabhat al-Nusra), Jaish al-Islam and Jaish al-Ababil have reached an evacuation deal with the Syrian government and are now withdrawing from the northern part of the Yarmouk refugee camp.
