Barre Class Workout – FAST RESULTS - 25 Minutes – FULL BODY WORKOUT This Barre Ballet Workout is designed to sculpt your ballerina body. It is a low impact 25 minute workout that you can do at home. The only equipment you will need is a barre or chair to act as a barre and a yoga mat or carpeted area to lay on the floor.
