Barnfind! 1960’s Buddy L GMC Stepside Pickup - Full Restoration

This crusty 1960’s Buddy L GMC Stepside was found locally and it appeared to have only surface rust under all the caked on dirt and dust. I thought it was the perfect candidate for restoration. I started by taking it apart and then giving it a bath to see what we had to work with. I was pleasantly surprised with the body and after some hand sanding and sand blasting it was ready for powder coating. The only parts that needed replacing were the windshield and two white walls and hubcaps, which I found in my spare parts bin.
