The Great Sharks Of 2023: Black Demon vs The Meg 2

An unexpected shark film, Black Demon, is scheduled for release in April of this year, and it promises to be just as terrifying as the Meg, the sequel to which will be released in August. The basic plot points of the black demon film are as follows: Paul Sturges takes his family on a business trip to an oil rig in Mexico. Arriving to find the facility largely empty, he is told by the few surviving terrified employees that the rig is frequently attacked by a legendary giant shark from Mexican folklore. He needs to figure out how to protect his family from the shark while the rig is sinking.
