Новосибирск в цвете 1960-х Novosibirsk in colour 1960s Here I present a series of colour photographs of the great Siberian city of Novosibirsk. Russia’s third largest city after Moscow and St. Petersburg. Novosibirsk was founded in 1893 at the future site of a Trans-Siberian Railway Bridge over the great Siberian River of Ob. When the bridge was completed in 1897, the new settlement became the regional transport hub.
