Witness description: “I filmed this object close to my residence. It was well above a green area in the neighborhood, at a high altitude. I thought it might be an atmospheric balloon, but it had a very strange shape, like a teardrop or peanut. At one point, when I had stopped filming the object, it shone a lot, apparently reflecting sunlight. It shocked me so much that I decided to film it again.
