An update regarding ideas that use MIDI Loopback: After publishing this clip I was alerted to the fact that pressing the “stop“ button twice on the Digitakt while a MIDI loopback is in place causes the Digitakt to freeze. Everything is back where you left it if you power down and back up, but in order to work around this I did some digging and indeed Digitakt sends a MIDI CC 120 message out the MIDI out, which if sent back in, will freeze it. I reached out to Bome and they’ve updated their script to filter out MIDI CC 120, and it sails smoothly past a double tap on “stop“, so no worries ;)  I’ve also heard feedback that this doesn’t happen on the RK-002 - so as far as polyphony goes, you should be good to go. Regarding regular MIDI loopback, you can either use the Bome script via USB, or just create your own simple Bome (or other) script / DAW loopback that filters out MIDI CC 120, or, if you’re using a regular MI
