Shawarma is made from three types of meat - chicken, pork, beef tenderloin. We also added a bit of bacon for added flavor. Our kebab was marinated in a mixture of adjika, satsebeli and sunflower oil. They put the meat in slices, planted it on a nut skewer of our own production and sent it to a heated tandoor for 15-20 minutes.
