1 HOUR PILATES CLASS WITH FOAM ROLLER || At-Home Workout
In this 60 MINUTE PILATES WORKOUT CLASS we will exercise the entire body while challenging our stability and balance with the foam roller. We will use the roller as support to help deepen our back extension as well! There are many pilates reformer exercises in this class that have been adapted to work will the foam roller. You will see jackrabbit, airplane, dolphin, single leg footwork and more!
