The mantra has been sung in an enchanting way and can help to induce a meditative state of mind. Shri Shiva Rudra Balayogi is a Self Realized Yogi addressed as Babaji by his devotees. A direct disciple of the renowned Guru Shri Shivabalayogi Maharaj, He selflessly served His Guru for 20 years at Shri Shivabalayogi’s Dehradun ashram in the serene foothills of the Himalayas. After such time, He entered into the “highest pitch of meditation”, called tapas. He performed tapas for 20 hours a day continuously for five years, culminating in Self Realization.
