Colo Colo and Santiago Wandereres ’fans’ fight on pitch

Sad scenes from Chile where a match had to be cancelled for another episode of violence. A Chilean Primera Division match between Santiago Wanderers and Colo Colo was abandoned before kick-off due to ugly crowd violence. Rival fans stormed onto the pitch, and clashed with metal poles and various missiles and flares. Riot police had to restore calm, with the match being abandoned without a ball being kicked.
