Donald Trump earned a decisive victory in the Iowa caucus after voters braved frigid temperatures to cast their ballots in the first Republican presidential primary race. Initial results from eight counties showed Trump had far more than half of the total votes counted by 8:31 pm ET, with the rest of the field trailing behind.
