Master the Hindu Pushup

Also known as the Dive-bomber, the Hindu Push Up is an excellent bodyweight exercise for upper body strength and it offers the bonus of being a great Spinal Vertebrae Aligner. To perform this movement with fluidity, it is best to begin building the foundation from a kneeling position. Once you can do at least ten repetitions with ease, raise the knees off the floor and perform the same progressions you did on your knees to complete this movement with little effort. We use the Hindu Push Up as a standalone, transition and tangent movement in our programmes. This footage was taken from a Saturday morning session where we delve deeper into the system as well as add the extra-curricular crazy stuff. If you’d like to check it out, come and play. It’s only twenty bucks and afterwards we enjoy a coffee next door with our friends at the Taste Eatery. The secret ingredient to what we do... Fun! Find us at:
