Adharam madhuram by Padmashri Awardee Sangita Kalanidhi Smt. Aruna Sairam

Today, I am sharing with you the video of my live performance at Abbaye De Daoulas, in France in the year 1999, part of a duet concert I performed with Dominique Vellard. I had sung the popular Sanskrit verse, “Adharam Madhuram” for the occasion, written by Shri Vallabhacharya. In response to this, Dominique performed a medieval liturgical chant to compliment the verse. The Sanskrit verse “Adharam Madhuram”, sings praises about Lord Krishna and speaks about the sweetness of everything that is associated with him. Accompanying us on the tanpura is Gayatri Sayeeram.
